President of the Management Board of the Silesian Development Fund. Earlier, as a manager in business, he supervised the finance and accounting department as well as consultancy services provided to SMEs. He managed projects related to innovation, cooperation with research units and building an international network of business development support. He has many years of experience in the banking sector, where he dealt with planning and organizing projects as well as controlling the correct implementation of business line tasks.

Strategic Initiatives are about potentially transformative technologies or solutions that have no immediate sponsor or are too forward-looking to be an official project; they are also often complex and long.

KTM Innovation is a subsidiary within the KTM group, tasked with leading the digital transformation and innovation within the KTM group.

He is a project manager in the investment department at Katowice Special
Economic Zone Co. Graduated from the University of Economics
in Katowice.
Łukasz has many years of experience in supporting FDI, specializes in greenfield projects, location
advisory and public aid related to special economic zones.

The KSSE was created to support and accelerate restructuring processes and create new jobs in the Silesia region.

She is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the Huge Thing acceleration programs, including planning programs and content, mentor recruitment, and supporting partners relationship management. Also, she supports consulting activities by leading or co-leading consulting projects including delivering workshops. Prior to joining Huge Thing, she has worked for companies in Poland, Thailand, and the UK. She was also involved in initiatives such as AIESEC, London Startup Weekend, Polish Tech Day, Plugin London, and TEDx.
